Reforging enchanted gear

Reroll a perk on enchanted gear for cash and materials.

Enchanted weapons, armor and off-hands show a Reforge button in your Inventory. Hone rerolls one perk to a different value inside its rarity range; Reshape swaps the perk for another one that fits the item.

It costs cash (a share of the item’s value) and materials: Mineral Crystal and Alloy Plate, plus Electronic Parts to reshape. Rarity never changes, and every roll is final, even a lower one. Loaned syndicate gear cannot be reforged.
